Well of course the obvious answer is at our specialty butcher shop, Spa Venison,  located
at Shop 3/ 9 Howe Street in Daylesford, Victoria.

Along with fresh venison mince and cuts to order, we produce and stock osso bucco, barbeque strips, cutlets plain and marinated scotch fillet, eye fillet (which the restaurants love) and rib roasts.

We also sell a wide range of sausages made from venison, goat and alpaca and include gourmet flavours which vary from week to week. We also make gluten and preservation free sausages. To view a full list of our products, please visit our  products page.

One of our specialties is a boned out rolled rabbit with venison stuffing – very popular and very tasty.

A product which has also become very popular is our venison jerky – available plain or chilli.

As well as our wide variety of meat products, we also stock a selection of cheeses from Ballarat and Trish Godfrey’s “Doctors Creek Condiments” including relish, pickles, onion marmalade (very very popular) and jams. We also sell pies, pate, lasagna, soup made from our venison by Trish.
